Disclaimers & Policies

LIABILITY WAIVER, WORK AUTHORIZATION, AND LIMITED WARRANTY

1. WORK AUTHORIZATION & ACCESS: The undersigned client ("Client") hereby authorizes 91Bravo Mobile Maintenance ("Company") to perform mobile mechanical diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repairs on the designated vehicle. Client certifies that they are either the registered owner of the vehicle or possess explicit lawful authority from the vehicle owner to contract for these repairs. Client further warrants that they have full legal right to grant Company personnel and service vehicles physical access to the premises where the vehicle is parked (whether private residential driveways, commercial logistics lots, or roadside locations).

2. ON-SITE PROPERTY CONDITIONS: Client acknowledges that mobile mechanical operations are exposed to ambient environmental elements. Company will practice due professional care, but Client agrees that Company shall not be held liable for incidental stains, minor fluid weeping, or localized indentation/damage to driveways, asphalt, pavers, or unpaved ground resulting from standard use of hydraulic jacks, jack stands, or heavy equipment.

3. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS POLICY: Company strictly enforces a ZERO WARRANTY policy on any components or parts supplied by the Client. If Company agrees to install client-furnished parts, Client accepts all liability for component defects, improper fitment, or premature part failure. Any additional labor required to remove, replace, or rectify a faulty customer-supplied part will be billed entirely at Company's standard hourly fleet/consumer rates. This warranty requirement may only be waived under special circumstances at the owner’s sole discretion. Any approved waiver requires formal execution via signature, email, or text verification. The customer bears exclusive responsibility for retaining and providing proof of this waiver; failure to produce verification will render the waiver null and void, defaulting the repair to a standard, non-warranted status.

4. SCOPE OF LIMITED WARRANTY:

  • Consumer Vehicles (Personal Use): Repairs and parts supplied by Company are backed by a 6-Month or 6,000-Mile warranty (whichever occurs first) from the original date of service, limited strictly to the specific components replaced.

  • Light Commercial Fleet Vehicles (Under 10,000 lbs GVWR): Recognizing the rigorous duty cycles of local commercial delivery van fleets, service trucks, and courier vehicles operating within the DFW metroplex, repairs are backed by a 90-Day or 3,000-Mile warranty (whichever occurs first).

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues arising from vehicle misuse, racing, commercial overloading, un-tracked fluid starvation, or peripheral failures of components not directly serviced by Company.

5. LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Company's maximum liability for any error, omission, or alleged negligence during service shall be strictly capped at the total financial amount paid by the Client under this specific invoice. Company shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to, commercial cargo losses, car rental fees, lost corporate revenue, or fleet downtime expenses.

MOBILE DISPATCH CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Because our mobile mechanic business operates on a strict dispatch schedule, our technicians dedicate specific travel and service hours exclusively to your vehicle asset. When a client cancels at the last minute or is not present for an appointment, it prevents us from serving other stranded drivers across the DFW metroplex.

  • Standard Cancellation Window: Clients must modify or cancel their scheduled appointment at least 3 hours prior to the agreed-upon arrival window. Cancellations made inside this 3-hour window will incur a flat $50.00 Late Cancellation Fee.

  • On-Site No-Show Policy: If our mobile technician arrives at your designated residential or commercial location and cannot gain access to the vehicle, or if the client fails to appear within 15 minutes of the technician’s arrival, the appointment will be deemed a "No-Show."

  • No-Show Billing: No-shows are subject to a $100.00 fee (or the full amount of your specific zone's travel surcharge, whichever is higher). This fee covers the technician’s travel time, fuel, and dispatch logistics.

  • Severe Weather Exception: Fees are completely waived if cancellations occur due to hazardous North Texas road conditions (such as active flash flooding or severe ice storms).

Customer Supplied Parts Disclaimer

Before our mobile technician arrives on-site, 91Bravo Mobile Maintenance wants to formally clarify our business policy regarding the installation of customer-supplied parts.

While we are happy to assist by providing the professional on-site labor to install components you have already purchased, 91Bravo Mobile Maintenance strictly enforces a Zero-Warranty policy on all customer-supplied parts.

What this means for your repair:

  1. No Component Warranty: Because we did not source the component through our commercial distribution network, we cannot verify its structural integrity, manufacturing quality control, or exact fitment before installation. Any premature internal failure, manufacturing defect, or incorrect sizing of the part is entirely between you and your parts vendor.

  2. Labor Re-Billing: In the unfortunate event that a customer-supplied part fails after installation, or is found to be defective out of the box, any subsequent labor required to remove, diagnose, or replace that component will be billed as a completely new service call at our standard Consumer/ Fleet Rate. Dispatch surcharges also apply.

If you prefer to have your repair backed by our complete [6-Month/6000-Mile Consumer OR 90-Day Fleet] Hassle-Free Parts & Labor Warranty, please let us know immediately before your appointment or during the scheduled diagnostic visit. We will gladly source premium commercial-grade components directly from our local suppliers, allowing us to absorb all future liability and labor costs if a component ever fails during the warranty window.

**NOTE: This warranty requirement may only be waived under special circumstances at the owner’s sole discretion. Any approved waiver requires formal execution via signature, email, or text verification. The customer bears exclusive responsibility for retaining and providing proof of this waiver; failure to produce verification will render the waiver null and void, defaulting the repair to a standard, non-warranted status.
